ALL ORDERS PLACED THROUGH US ARE DELIVERY ONLY.
There is a minimum of 1 dozen pieces to qualify for delivery. Terms of private deliveries are as follows:
-Orders must be in increments of dozens (12, 24, 36, 48 etc). You can mix and match the flavors in any quantities you like (for instance: 3 of this one, 14 of this one, 6 of this and 1 of that. Or do a dozen of each!)
-Deliveries must be paid in full via PayPal before November 20th. Once payment is made, all sales are final.
-Due to the volume of deliveries we are doing and the nature of NYC traffic, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but will do our best to give you a window. Our drivers will also be in contact with you from the road to let you know their estimated time of arrival.
-We can only attempt delivery once. All packages that cannot be delivered will be brought back to Bay Ridge, Brooklyn for pick-up. We can reattempt delivery for an additional fee.
Deliveries will be to the following neighborhoods:
Manhattan: Just about all of it, except the really really really far away parts right next to the Bronx. Unless you order a whole freaking lot, in which case we’re totally happy to drive out there!
Brooklyn: Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, Bensonhurst, Sunset Park, Gravesend, Sheepshead Bay, Coney Island, Greenwood Heights, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Ditmas Park, Red Hook, Carroll Gardens, Downtown Brooklyn (are they calling this all BoCoCa now or something? I’m old school), Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, BedStuy, Bushwick, Williamsburg, Greenpoint.
If you live in a neighborhood that realtors have given a name to that I’m not yet aware of, Email me and I’ll try and make the magic happen for you.

I DON’T QUALIFY FOR DELIVERY- CAN I PICK UP?
As we don’t have storefront, pick-up is not available directly from us. You can certainly head to your nearest Robicelli’s retail partner and ask if you can place an order through them- though note every store has their own policies that we have no control or say over. Ordering terms, such as deposits, minimum quantities and pickups, are at the sole discretion of the stores- please coordinate with them directly.

I DON’T NEED A DOZEN CUPCAKES- I ONLY NEED ABOUT 5. SHOULD I PREORDER?
You can not order directly through us, but again, head to your nearest Robicelli’s retail location and ask them if they will hold an order for you.
I can’t stress this enough- every year for the past 3 years, someone calls me up the night before Thanksgiving and yells “I went to Blankity-Blank and they didn’t have any cupcakes there, and I promised my family!”. And at that point, everything will have already been baked, there will be no way I can help you, and I will feel horrible about ruining Thanksgiving.
Preorder. It will allow you the enjoyment of the teensiest shred of sanity before we dive straight into the holidays and it is cruelly ripped from you.

I’M LEAVING TUESDAY! WHAT IF I CAN’T GET CUPCAKES!
We’re delivering Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, so you don’t have to worry about a darn thing. At this time of the year, cupcakes travel A-OK in cold weather, so no worries about them melting en route (unless you’re travelling in some sort of furnace with wheels).
Also, if you wrap the box in plastic and pop it in the freezer upon delivery, they’ll taste fresh baked when you thaw them out on Thanksgiving.

HOW DO I PAY?
Once we email you a confirmation of your order ensuring that it’s correct and all details are completed, we will send you a PayPal invoice that will allow you to pay by credit card.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO GET MY ORDER IN?
Monday, November 19th. And all invoices will need to be paid in full to ensure delivery.
