PRICES
All cupcakes, brownies and whoopie pies are $2.99 each, plus tax and if applicable, delivery charges.

DELIVERY
There is a minimum of 2 dozen pieces to qualify for delivery. Please fill out the ordering form to schedule a delivery on the day before Thanksgiving. The terms of private deliveries are as follows:
-Orders must be in increments of dozens (24, 36, 48 etc). You can mix and match the flavors in any quantities you like (for instance: 3 of this one, 14 of this one, 6 of this and 1 of that. Or do a dozen of each!)
-Deliveries must be paid in full via PayPal before November 18th. Once payment is made, all sales are final.
-We will send you a confirmation email on Monday the 21st. You MUST respond to this email to confirm your order and delivery details- otherwise your order will not be baked.
-Due to the volume of deliveries we are doing and the nature of NYC traffic, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but will do our best to give you a window. Our drivers will also be in contact with you from the road to let you know their estimated time of arrival.
-We can only attempt delivery once. All packages that cannot be delivered will be brought to our store at DeKalb Market for pick-up on Thanksgiving morning between 8am and 11am.
-Deliveries will be to the following neighborhoods:
Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, Bensonhurst, Sunset Park, Gravesend, Sheepshead Bay, Coney Island, Greenwood Heights, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Ditmas Park, Red Hook, Carroll Gardens, Downtown Brooklyn (are they calling this all BoCoCa now or something? I’m old school), Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, BedStuy, Bushwick, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Long Island City. If you live in a Brooklyn neighborhood that the realtors have given a name to that I’m not yet aware of, Email me.
There are no private deliveries to Manhattan the day before Thanksgiving- you must pick-up at the Union Square Holiday Market, or at one of our retail partners.

I DON’T QUALIFY FOR DELIVERY- CAN I PICK UP?
Of course you can! We are taking orders for pick-up at both our flagship store at DeKalb Market (138 Willoughby St, Brooklyn), and will ALSO be doing pick-ups out of our booth at the Union Square Holiday Market (Running 11/18-12/14).

I DON’T NEED A DOZEN CUPCAKES- I ONLY NEED ABOUT 5. SHOULD I PREORDER?
YES! Though we will have cupcakes for the last minute types, we will not have a ton, and once they’re gone there are no guarantees! If you want two, four, 10 or a thousand- place your order so you will not have to worry about the possibility of us being sold out!

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AT ONE OF THE STORES YOU WHOLESALE TO?
Cupcakes may also be preordered at any of our participating retail outlets. Ordering terms, such as deposits, minimum quantities and pickups, are at the sole discretion of the stores- please coordinate with them directly.

HOW DO I PAY? I KNOW YOU DON’T TAKE CREDIT CARDS AT DEKALB OR UNION SQUARE.
You can still place your full order at either DeKalb or Union Square and pay us cash, and be given a paper receipt, PLUS an email receipt and confirmation. If you wish to pay credit, after taking your entire order, we will email you an invoice over PayPal so you can pay with total security.
(fyi- we don’t take credit cards at DeKalb because we don’t feel the WiFi is secure enough to run credit card information over it, and we don’t want to jeopardize our customers privacy).

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO GET MY ORDER IN?
Sunday, November 20th. I know I said that the 18th is the last day to pay- that’s because there’s a good chance we’ll be at capacity by then. However, we’re trying to make arrangements to handle as many last-minute orders as we possibly can, so for now, it’s the 20th. We’ll let you know if/when that changes!
