Thanksgiving Menu- Preorders Starting Soon!

The holidays are beginning, meaning it’s menu planning time! And what better way to celebrate Thanksgiving than with an assortment of our seasonal cupcakes? Thanksgiving will the the last hurrah for many of these flavors, so grab a few dozen and stuff your gobs!

Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake: Pumpkin cake with cheesecake buttercream, dipped in chocolate ganache

Sweet Potato Pie: Sweet potato cake with vanilla buttercream and brown butter-bourbon pecans

Butternut Spice: Butternut squash cake with vanilla buttercream and spiced pumpkin seeds

Apple Maple Crisp: Apple spice cake with vanilla buttercream, roasted apple butter, oat crisp and locally sourced maple syrup

Bea Arthur: Black coffee infused chocolate cake with cheesecake buttercream and espresso ganache

For orders less than 2 dozen, you will need to place your order through one of our retail outlets listed at the bottom of the post (we will be posting pre-order information in those locations next week). Ordering terms, such as deposits, minimum quantities and pickups, are at the sole discretion of the stores- please coordinate your orders with them directly.

For orders of over 2 dozen, you may email us directly to schedule a delivery on the day before Thanksgiving. The terms of private deliveries are as follows:

-Orders must be in increments of dozens (24, 36, 48 etc). You can mix and match the flavors in any quantities you like (for instance: 3 of this one, 14 of this one, 6 of this and 1 of that. Or do a dozen of each!)

-Deliveries are CASH ONLY- we do not accept credit cards at this time. The price does not include gratuity for the delivery person.

-We will send you a confirmation email on Monday the 22nd. You MUST respond to this email to confirm your order and your delivery window- otherwise your order will not be baked.

-Deliveries will be to the following neighborhoods:

Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, Bensonhurst, Sunset Park, Greenwood Heights, Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, Ditmas Park, Red Hook, Carroll Gardens, Downtown Brooklyn (are they calling this all BoCoCa now or something? I’m old school), Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Long Island City. There are no private deliveries to Manhattan the day before Thanksgiving- you must pick-up at either Lily O’Brien’s or Cakeshop.

-Last day to place an order is Sunday, November 21st.

-We will give you a delivery window and a call when we are on our way to you. Please be home at this time- otherwise, all our deliveries will be delayed, and that’s not cool to everyone else.

TAZZA CAFES- Henry off Atlantic and Clark off Henry, Brooklyn Heights
