Last winter when we were doing the Union Square Holiday Market we were searching for a decent “Just add water” hot cocoa mix and couldn’t find a single one we liked. So we did the only logical thing- we hunkered down and made one ourselves. Within weeks, it was named one of the five best cocoas in NYC which “alone was worth a trip through Union Square Holiday Hell”.
As the temperature drops, we’ll be packaging Robicelli’s Hot Cocoa for purchase via mailorder and at fine shops near you. And as we are wont to do, we’re deciding what other flavors to release besides “Just Plain Chocolate”.
