Just to let you all know, we’ve temporarily suspended mail order operations as we are switching shipping companies, since the number of problems we have had with UPS could take up a 5,000 word post (it would be hilarious if it wasn’t for the fact that we’ve spent the better part of 2 months attempting to correct their mistakes. So. Many. Migraines.).
Beginning next week, we will be shipping with a brand new company who vows that they will actually send out tracking emails, deliver in 2 days when we pay for 2-day shipping, not “accidentally destroy” half our packages (and in the odd event they do, they will actually notify us instead of never contacting us or the recipients), and generally provide us with less agita and more good customer service.
We’ll be relaunching the webshop with a limited-time sale, so keep your eyes peeled!
