THE HOT JOSH! Carrot and celery root cake topped with Point Reyes blue cheese buttercream and buttermilk soaked fried chicken dunked in homemade citrus tinged hot sauce. Yes, it sounds insane, but trust me it’s awesome. Don’t trust me?
