Robicelli’s is primarily a wholesale operation, selling to fine shops and cafes in Western Brooklyn, Manhattan, with a new delivery route to Queens and Long Island. We currently offer the following products:
CUPCAKES
Named the best in all of New York City by the Serious Eats Reader’s Poll, amongst others! We currently offer well over 200 flavors, and work with only the best seasonal ingredients available to us. Each delivery day we produce four of our unique flavors, known as “the rotation”. You can view this month’s rotation here.
There is a 2 dozen minimum for delivery, and all orders must be made in complete dozens. You can mix and match the rotation flavors in any numbers you like for your order.

BROWNIES
Our brownies are the most indulgent you will find in NYC. Choose either from our list of flavors, or let us design something custom just for you! Are brownies are available either:
- Individually Wrapped: perfect for POP sales or a quick add on to a take-out order.
- Bulk Individual: For display in your bakery case or for catering
- Bulk Slab: We bake them, you cut them to any size you want! Perfect for making miniature bites for catering, tapas bars, sampling and more!

Whoopie Pies
Two soft Valrhona chocolate cookies sandwiching our luxurious French buttercream. Choose from one of our flavors, or talk to us about creating something special for your business! Available individually wrapped or in bulk.
HOT COCOA MIX
Already called one of the five best cocoas in NYC within two weeks of it’s debut last winter! Robicelli’s Hot Cocoa mix will be available both packaged for the shelf and in bulk this fall. Shipping of this item will be available.
ICE CREAM SANDWICHES
Made with our rich brownies, homemade toppings, and gelato from Il Laboratorio del Gelato. We are currently only wholesaling this product for foodservice/restaurants in Brooklyn.

Deliveries are made on Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays. We are unable to ship cupcakes outside of NYC, but will be shipping our brownies and whoopie pies beginning later this year.
